Privacy Policy

Stockd (“the app”) is an inventory and profit-tracking app for small shops, published by Norkxii Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains what data the app handles and your choices.
The short version. Stockd works fully offline. If you never sign in, your data stays only on your device and we receive nothing. If you sign in with Google to back up and sync, we store your shop data and basic account details on our cloud backend so you can use them across devices. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
What we collect, and only when you sign in to sync
You can use the entire app offline without an account. Cloud features are optional and only activate when you choose to sign in. When you do, we process:
Account information (from Google Sign-In)
- Your name and email address
- Your profile photo URL, if available
- A unique account identifier
We use this only to create and manage your account and to keep your data in sync across your devices.
Your shop data
- Products, categories, brands, quantities and reorder levels
- Stock movements (purchases, sales, adjustments) and your notes
- Prices, costs, and the profit/loss figures derived from them
- Shop name and currency settings
This is the business information you enter to run the app. We store it so we can sync and back it up for you.
Product photos stay on your device
Photos you attach to products are stored only in the app’s local storage on your phone. They are not uploaded to our servers. To move photos to a new device, use the app’s Back up data feature, which saves your photos and data into a file you control.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- We do not access your contacts, messages, or files outside the app.
- We do not collect payment or banking information.
How your data is stored and protected
- Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Cloud data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, in the Northeast Asia (Tokyo) region, and protected by access rules so that only you (and people you explicitly share a shop with) can read your shop’s data.
Service providers we use
- Google — for sign-in (authentication) only.
- Supabase — for cloud database, authentication, and hosting.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep your synced data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your account and associated shop data as described below.
Your choices and how to delete your data
- Use offline only: don’t sign in, and no data leaves your device.
- Stop syncing: sign out at any time in Settings.
- Delete a shop’s data: use Start fresh in Settings to erase your inventory and history (this also clears the synced copy when you are signed in and online).
- Delete your account and all associated data: use Delete account in the app’s Settings, or email us at admin@norkxii.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and its data from our systems.
Children
Stockd is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
